Agent Q
Hey guy's!! I'm practicing my rusty Solidworks skills by modeling the Millennium Puzzle from yugioh. However I'm having a heck of a time trying to extrude the caps on the four corners of the puzzle: I've just discovered that you can't extrude a 3D sketch and I need some advice. Any ideas? JD Mather
Looks like you need to add face draft or replace face on these to faces to get them coplanar with the sides of the pyramid. Then do a circular pattern (you will need an axis) or create the same sketches on the other two sides and two more extrusions and fix it up as described above. Then do a circular pattern to the other 3 corners.
ILoveMadoka
Your sketch didn't need to be a 3d sketch. Do one sketch per face and extrude then pattern them like JD said... 3 sketches, 3 extrudes per corner...
