Fillet prbolem

Wow, that is the first time I've ever seen anything like that.

Hit F2 and post screen capture.

And can you attach the dwg here as well?

 

Type LI hit enter and select that "3D fillet". What does list say?

pedit is your first bet... flatten all polylines that could be 3d snapping.

the next thing would be to check to make sure your view cube is perfectly flat. e.g.. select 'top' will solve your problems.

 

last 2 options 'audit' and a 'purge'.
