Rotate to UCS

I'm sure there is a simple way to do this so here is the q.:

I would like to place a planar object (drawn in custom ucs) in another plane that is defined by an object in it or a ucs plane (xy).

The reason for this is that i have a lot of mline txt that i written in a single plane and would like to quickly rotate/place them in the correct place/plane.

Hope that was clear.

Thx for all your help and time :)

If you copy it to your clipboard, then change your UCS, which could be defined any numer of ways, including 3 POINTS or OBJECT, then PASTE it into that new UCS, you should be

good to go.
