The wheel of the mouse could not work as a pan tool, how to solve it?

The wheel as a pan tool was good the other day, but today when I opened CAD, it did not work anymore, there was no pan tool appearing when holding the wheel of the mouse. It is rather strange!! Then I searched the internet and resetted it by input command " Mbuttonpan---- 1-----enter", But there was no change.

Could anyone help me about it? Thanks:)

What mouse brand? Did you check the settings in the Mouse software?

Thank you~ Yes, it is the problem of my mouse, I changed another one, then it was OK. I don't know what's going on with my mouse. It's Thinkpad

It's Thinkpad. I changed another mouse, then it worked. I also went to the mouse property in the computer, but don't know how to set it, I tried several different options regarding mouse property, there is no use.

Maybe your mouse needs a cleaning.
