automaticad
How to adjust the transparency of an image in the AutoCAD?
nestly
"Fade" is available from the Ribbon via Contextual Tab States by merely selecting the Image "Fade" and "Transparency" are available via the Properties Palette. Type a numeric value (0-90) into "Transparency" field. Click the elipsis buttons in "Image Adjust" section to access the Brightness/Contrast/Fade settings
RobDraw
I'm not sure transparency was available in ACAD2000 as shown in the OPs profile. You may be out of luck, if you are still using it.
