Lithium
Is it possible to send a drawing to someone who does not have AutoCAD, so that he can view it as a picture in an email? If so, how?
Dadgad
You could create an image with the SNIPPING TOOL from Windows, ar any number of other screen grab freebies. There is one in Firefox too. If you want to send an actual .dwg file, the recipient could download DWGTRUEVIEW from the Autodesk site (I think that is what they call it now?), it is free and would enable someone without the original software to open and view a dwg file. eldon
If it is just for viewing, I usually send a PDF created (in my case) in DWG TrueView with all the layers showing. You have to choose a sheet size so that everything can be read, but the recipient can zoom and pan and turn layers on and off, and also print off parts of the drawing (Print option current View). Otherwise AutoCAD 360.
