Reply With Quotedont know when it came around, but the LT versions don't come with it. if you need certain functions, search for LISP routines that do close to the same commands in ET.

Express Tools question
Registered forum members do not see this ad.
What is the first version of Autocad to contain Express Tools or is this an ad on that will work in any version. I am running 2000 LT which does not seem to have Express Tools, Thanks, Berol

Express tools first appeared in AutoCAD 13 and 14. They were called bonus tools. You had to purchased them at that time.
They became a standard feature in AutoCAD 2004 or 2005. Sorry, I can't rememeber exactly which version.John Helton

had to be 2004, i remember because that's when i started my schooling, when 2004 just came out.
