I am trying to create a version of an engineering stamp in ACAD 2004 to use on drawings.

How do I create the text around the circle?

Use the Arc aligned text from the bonus tools.
It's nice to be nice, but sometimes is nicer to be evil!.

Now called the Express tools. Find more info here http://www.cadtutor.net/forum/viewto...ht=arc+aligned

If you're using AutoCAD 2004, the Express tools now come as part of the package (you don't have to pay extra for them) but you do need to install them separately.
