JDaugherty Posted September 24, 2013 Share Posted September 24, 2013 (edited) Hi, I am creating iParts and assets for our company to use in factory layouts. I am new to the factory design suite. Our goal is to only have one ipart for every type of storage that we have. While I have accomplished this, every time I change the component in some way through the ipart table in my factory assembly Inventor is automatically saving a new part under the same folder such as part1, part2, part3, etc... and I dont want to have a folder filled with random parts every time I change my ipart.
