bibi
hello Have a drawing I would like to drag from one window to the other while aligning it from left to right using the Tile Vertical command. After selecting the whole drawing and seeing the drawing in blue grips. When ever I try to drag the drawing from one window to the other I just a couple of lines at the most in the new window. Asking if there is another way to get around this without dragging. Thank you bibi.
Barneel
You could, instead, copy+paste (select what you want, hit: ctrl+c, move to the other drawing, hit: ctrl+v), (or ctrl+shift+c, ctrl+shift+v if you want to select a point to align with), or you can select all the lines and use the command GROUP and then move them over to make things a bit less cluttered
Tiger
Just to be clear, are we talking about moving objects from one .DWG to another .DWG or from one Viewport to another Viewport?
