However I'm closing the call on our system as the user hasn't got back to me and I've got more important things to fix than being ignored If he ever has a look at the stuff I've passed on from you guys or tells me he's free for me to look, I'll come back and let you know what I find. RK, thanks for the paths info. I'll take a look as and when I can. My infinite gratitude to you all, when it comes to these software packages I'm clueless!
