My users are getting this Error while trying to copy and paste things between drawings. Is this a known problem in 2014? They do not have the Service Pack 1 yet, does this fix this problem?

You need to install the service packs when they are released whether you are getting errors or not.

 

C3D 2014 has several issues when more than one drawing is opened. Yours may very well be one of them, or caused by one of the other issues.

 

Download SERVICE PACK 1 for your program and install it.
