Batch Block Attribute Data Extraction with Wildcard in Block Name..?

Hey guys,

Just wondering if anyone knows of a way to extract block attribute data from a bunch of drawings but using wildcards in the block name.

For example... Our title block BLOCKS are named as follows;

- A1TITLEBLOCK_1

- A1TITLEBLOCK_2.5

- A1TITLEBLOCK_5

- A1TITLEBLOCK_10

- A2TITLEBLOCK_1

- A2TITLEBLOCK_2.5

- A2TITLEBLOCK_5

- A2TITLEBLOCK_10

... where the _suffix is the sheet scale.

I had been using this, when out blocks were simply name "TITLEBLOCK". But when we recently had to change our titleblock names, Lee Mac's tool became a little less usable (as I havent figured out how to use wildcards with his tool).

Soo.. just wondering if anyone has any alternative suggestions as to how we can batch extract title block data from our drawings when the titleblock names are not always the same?
