Ometheus
Hello, I'm trying to select and delete objects using "crossing" (i.e., keyboard only). I find the area in which an object is located using the crosshairs of the mouse (ex. between (420, 225) and (375, 250)) though whenever I use these coordinates for the "crossing" function, I get a wildly different area selected. What am I missing?
dbroada
do you have any object snaps running?
danellis
Do you have Dynamic Prompt turned on? If you do this defaults to relative co-ordinates rather than absolute (putting # before your co-ords forces it to absolute). I have to ask: if you're using your mouse position to determine your co-ordinates, why not just click to select your points? Or is this part of a routine/script you're working on? dJE
