stenews
Hi mate, I'm trying to generate the planar surface that comes from an elliptical one. In a different worlds, let's image that one draw an ellipse and later he wants to open up it in a way to create a line. Thanks, Stefano Edited March 9, 2014 by stenews
ReMark
Are you talking about "flattening"? Your use of the word "bind" is confusing.

ReMark
Open an ellipse to a line? Open an ellipse. Do you mean stretch the half ellipse out in one long line? I can tell you right now AutoCAD does not have that capability.
