Everyone's concept of what the "ideal" mouse is would be different just as everyone's work methods are different from each other. tzframpton Posted April 4, 2014 Share Posted April 4, 2014 I like the Razer gaming mice as they are super high DPI which adds precision. multi-button mice are awesome too for added functionality with programming commands directly to a button. SuperCAD Posted April 4, 2014 Share Posted April 4, 2014 I recently bought three Logitech G500s mice (work, home desktop, home laptop), and they are fantastic. The additional programmable thumb buttons really helps with 3D orbits and Zoom All (for those times when AutoCAN'T doesn't remember the limits of the drawings and gets stuck in an extreme close-up view). BlackBox Posted April 4, 2014 Share Posted April 4, 2014 I've been a long-time fan of the Logitech mice: Performance Mouse MX, last years all black G700 (not a fan of this years grey one), and I'm now using the G602 (and its 1440 hours of battery life). Now, I also use that mouse in concert with a Logitech G510s backlit keyboard, and I also have a G13 that I don't really use at my new job.
