ATTREQ resetting to <0> automatically

I have to keep changing ATTREQ back to so I can enter text on my blocks. After a short while the system has changed it back to again. Help?

 

 

Running LT2014, Win 7 ult, Intel Core i7 3770 with 8 GB Ram.
