You got us going on the wrong thing if you are referring to the block in the template with the block attribute in order for you to fill then you lost me along the way. Therefore if you click on the Block you should be able to enter the data in order to get the text wanted in the boxes . Then again without the cad file i cannot help. unless i am mistaking.
