rock1
I'm using autocad 2012. It has started behaving strangely. When I click on any command, it asks me to select objects. I do so and the command works...so far so good. But, if I click objects first and then click the command, my objects get deselected and AutoCad asks for object selection. This is unusual. After that, everything goes fine as it should. What is causing this and how should I fix it?
Cad64
Type PICKFIRST at the command line and change the setting to 1.

Cad64
check this setting That does the same thing I mentioned. Pickfirst is the variable that controls the Noun/verb selection. Changing the Pickfirst setting to 1 or 0 toggles the Noun/verb selection on and off.
