By Default LISP file created by Autocad softwer at saved location of new file?

When we save a newly created AutoCAD file the software by default create a LISP file.

 

 

What that's file meaning.

 

 

I open that file containing the many comments but only few commands.

 

 

I also tried to save only blank file of AutoCAD.
