MSasu
What is the meaning of data in that file? The easiest approach will be to create a script (simple ASCII file with SCR extension containing successions of commands and inputs) from that data and run it into AutoCAD (check SCRIPT command). A simple example: _PLINE 0.0,0.0 10.0,0.0 10.0,5.0 0.0,5.0 _C ;end of script
rkmcswain
If you have Civil 3D, you don't need a lisp file or script file, but you do need to learn how to create a surface and apply the proper style to it in order to show the contours like you desire. Basic steps: 1. Create a new surface 2. Add the defining data to the surface (points, breaklines, etc.) 3. Configure the surface style to show contours Civil 3D comes with tutorials: http://docs.autodesk.com/CIV3D/2014/ENG/filesCTU/GUID-F6A629B7-EB6B-443A-91EE-491076F71440.htm There are also plenty out there on Youtube and other sites.
