MASTERMANNA Posted May 6, 2014 Share Posted May 6, 2014 Guys, please i need help, i use autocad 2013 and i cant print on A3, printer type; HP Officejet 7500A wide format (E910). i tried to import a pc3 file into my version 2013 which i saved from a version 2010, but never worked. i see all paper sizes except A3. Dana W Posted May 6, 2014 Share Posted May 6, 2014 The factory specs say it supports A3: 297 x 420 mm (11.7 x 16.5 inches), and A3+. Maybe you need to download the latest printer driver for it from HP. The **.pc3 files don't control the paper sizes available, the printer driver tells the .pc3 file what to remember about the printer, like available paper sizes. You also might try removing and re-installing the printer. There shouldn't even be a .pc3 for the HP in the dropdown list of printers, simply an entry for the printer for you to select. (it really is a .pc3 file, but not labeled as such.) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
