Help me on 3d drawing!!

when i try to region/extrude it i get 0 regions and a 3d circles that dont fill all the way, what is the fastest way to approach this one!? help please thank you

Attach a copy of the drawing to your next post. Someone here will take a look at it.

My guess is that your results are unsatisfactory due to some problem(s) with the base geometry.

I don't see any obvious problems. You already have the base completed so it is just a matter of extruding (or using PressPull) the remaining circles, or partial circles, then Union the correct pieces together (inner and outer geometry) then doing a subtraction. Do you understand?
