Action Parameter value in Dimensional constraint expression

I am making a complex dynamic block.

I have an rotate action on part of the block.

On another part I would like to have an Aligned constraint parameter, where the angle from the rotate action is part of the expression.

However I keep getting an error? Is this because I can't use action parameters as part of the expression? If so any idea how to work around it?
