ReMark
First. Are you aware of the different ways 2D views can be created from a 3D model in AutoCAD? -In AutoCAD 2014 you have.... Flatshot SectionPlane SolProf SolView/SolDraw (typically used in combination) BaseView (a.k.a. - ViewBase) Second. How familiar are you with paper space viewports? -Read this: http://www.cadtutor.net/forum/showthread.php?72972-Things-you-should-know-about-Viewports.&highlight=viewport+scale Third. Are you making use of annotative scaling? Asked another way, are you going to place your dimensions and text in model space or in your layout? -Read this: http://www.ellenfinkelstein.com/acadblog/tutorial-automate-annotation/ ...or this: http://www.dscohn.com/AU/handouts/GD315-1P%20Annotation%20Scaling-DOC.pdf Edited June 25, 2014 by ReMark
