Dadgad
It sounds like you need to open OPTIONS and pay the SELECTION tab a visit. If these values seem to have inexplicably changed, it may well be related to the use of a new, and poorly written lisp.
WPerciful
I just started at a new job. When admin loaded thier settings he created all of these issues. I have confirmed that the selection tab settings match the jpg you posted but the issue remains. There is no selection window for strech and when i move objects they do not follow the curser. Dadgad
In that case, you may need to dig a bit deeper.

Dadgad
Then again, maybe he has turned off your grips, as shown in the screenshot from SYSVDLG. If so I would suggest restoring it to the OOTB setting of 2.
Dadgad
Set DRAGMODE to auto ? Nice one rkent, that could be it! I thought that variable had to do with the dress code for office cross-dressing on casual attire days.
WPerciful
Thank you everyone dragmode fixed it. I set the dragmode to 2.
