reggy
Will someone please explain to a novice how to tilt a plane normal to the arc section that I have shown indicated with a red arrow. I want the plane normal to this section in order that I may make a sketch that I can extrude using the Wrap Tool. Thanking you is, Reginald Wheatley
JD Mather
Attach your *.sldprt file here. You can make a plane tangent to the cylinder, but it looks like you also want it at an angle to the origin planes. Assuming that is the case, then create a plane at an angle to the origin plane and the axis and use that to create plane you are after or perhaps easier, simply create a sketch line and then use the line and the endpoint of the line to define your new workplane (perpendicular to the line). Thank you sir, the sketched line worked perfectly. As easy as you can get. Reginald Wheatley
