How to find out the geometrical properties (orientation) of a surface in a 3D space

Hello everyone :) ,

 

following this graphical representation:

I was wondering if there is a method in autocad to know the orientation of the red surface inside the 3rd cube (cube nr. 1 and 2 are examples). The orientation is dip direction and dip of the surface the considering the Y axis as the Nord (see images below).

One way would be to draw a line normal to that face. Set a UCS aligned to the face, then create a line from 0,0,0 to 0,0,100.

 

 

That line can then be dimension via its angular displacement from the two pertinent directions.
