How do I load a LISP in AutoCAD?

Sorry to interfere in this thread I just don't know where to begin and write a new thread thanks a lot. Anyway if I found a lisp on the internet how could I load it into autocad?

It might just be my internet but that link doesn't work for me.

Thanks Tharwat. 1 more questions I had this on autocad but I can bind it in Civil-3d without any problem is there any solution to bind it in regular autocad? Error: At least one of the specified xrefs failed to bind due to a problem with a proxy object.
