Exporting to 2013 creates Multiple lines of text on sections and profiles

Currently using Civil 3d 2014.

I have to export to 2013 for a client since he is using 2014 LT.

The problem I am seeing is when I export I get multiple lines of text on the

Sections and Profiles. (please see attached)

I can do the same thing using the same drawing on a separate computer

but only get one line of text as expected.

I have had him download and install the Object enabler for LT but it is Def on my end not his.

So I am thinking I must have a setting that is controlling the text but I cannot

for the life of me figure out what the heck it is.

Any help would be much appreciated! As I am loosing sleep over this.

Ok not really but it is frustrating!

I'm thinking this may have something to do with Annotative scales.

Almost like when I export they all come out and play.

Just cant seam to find any setting that make a difference.

Which settings have you looked at?

How are you exporting the drawing?

Did you check ANNOALLVISIBLE?

ANNOALLVISIBLE

Hides or displays annotative objects that do not support the current annotation scale.

0 Only annotative objects that support the current annotation scale are displayed

1 All annotative objects are displayed

The ANNOALLVISIBLE setting is saved individually for model space and each layout.

Note: When ANNOALLVISIBLE is set to 1, annotative objects that support more than one scale will only display one scale representation.

Can you post the drawing that is doing this?
