Problem to show properties of cropped viewport in AutoCAD 2005

Why I can not show properties of "cropped" viewport in AutoCAD 2005?

In this case, when I select viewport in layout, in properties window is showing two selected objects. But for eg. in AutoCAD 2014, when I select the same viewport, properties works fine (select one object - viewport - and show its properties).

In AutoCAD 2005, when I select viewport, which is not "cropped", properties works fine.

I need using "cropped" viewport in layouts, because I wont to have dashed lines of viewport (btw. I have no idea why viewport must be "cropped" to have a viewport's dashed lines or the thickness of the viewports lines).

Cause there are two objects (Boundary and Vport) at the same position. In the Properties Dialog, choose list that show All(2) and select Viewport
