Can I model flood lights in Civil 3d?Specifically temporary illumination light tower?

Any way to show similar to a footcandle diagram? With contours or numbers would work. And if i use a series of them that overlap it maybe add the intensity? Or maybe two lights pointing same direction and it will add them? I want to model 1000 watt metal halide bulbs mounted maybe 30' up and angled at 45 degrees. Is this possible?

Just doing this for research purposes on a mock site and do not plan to stamp it or anything.

Doubtfull in CIV3d there is specific software for flood light modelling, not to say it could not be interfaced with Civ3d for dwg production.
