MSasu
There is already the Object option in ZOOM command. However, due to the ratio of your display, the result may not be an exact fit.
Tharwat
Type ZOOM then O ( stands for Object ) eg. Command: Z ZOOM Specify corner of window, enter a scale factor (nX or nXP), or [All/Center/Dynamic/Extents/Previous/Scale/Window/Object] : O Select objects: 1 found

Tharwat
Double click inside the viewport then use the zoom command as explained earlier then double click outside the viewport to exit the viewport . If viewport is not suit the rectangle size , just adjust the viewport by selecting it and relocate its coordinate points .
ayethzerothree
Double click inside the viewport then use the zoom command then, click control key together with the right click on your mouse to prompt you in snap option, click the enpoint then click on one corner of your rectangle, do it again and click on the other corner of your rectangle and then thats it.
