IronTriGuy
I have been using AutoCAD for many years now, but this is the first time that i've ever needed to use a table in a drawing. I'm trying to use the table similar to a data extraction. I want the table to tally up different rows of cells to give me a grand total to save me time and mistakes any help would be great Thanxs:D
BIGAL
A quick google http://www.ellenfinkelstein.com/acadblog/add-formulas-to-a-table/
RobDraw
I just started using tables and have made maybe ten of them for one project but have found that doing everything but simple formatting is a lot easier in Excel. Let me add that I am not very familiar with Excel and still find it easier to use than AutoCAD table editing. A table style and the right settings to allow you to use Excel for formulas will get you going with tables in hardly any time.
