Spinxy
Hey, Wondered if any could help, trying to show a modeled bridge over the top of a photo, photo is taken from more of a side angle view, not directly above. i've done a fair amount of photo overlays before without many problems but this is getting me a little bit. is a particular software better for this? which one? I can use Revit, AutoCAD and navisworks. i tried a quick test autocad 2015 had photo and model in model space created 2 viewports attempting a simple overlay, but for some reason the viewport of the modeled bridge is masking the image, have just noticed by changing it wire frame makes the viewport transparent, but i'd like the bridge at least shaded. would maybe 3D max help with this? or i'm thinking photo editing software but this may make it hard for me to get the angles correct. Appreciate any help Thanks
Cad64
would maybe 3D max help with this? Yes, I've done lots of projects like this in Studio Max. Also in Modo. Never tried it in AutoCAD, but I don't see why it wouldn't work?
