The information is readily available in the Machinery's Handbook and on (thousands of?) websites. This information is usually covered in basic classroom instruction. This tutorial is for a different size - but the dimensions are proportional. Once you can do one size - you should be able to do any size http://home.pct.edu/~jmather/content/CAD238/AutoCAD%202007%20Tutorial%204.pdf in fact, if you set up with a Parametric table (in later versions of AutoCAD) AutoCAD can create the various sizes for you.
