Larry C
Just got a refurbished HP DesignJet 430...it waits a couple of minutes after plotting for the ink to dry (no longer necessary), before cutting the sheet. Any way to change that?
rkent
Go into the HP menu on the plotter and change it.
SLW210
Unfortunately for the HP DesignJet 430 you will need to use some workarounds. Try setting the quality to Draft (or Fast) in both the Plotter and driver settings on your PC. Paper type also has an effect on drying time, coated has little to no drying time IIRC, you might play with that, because I'm not sure which is faster, but glossy is longest. You can manually "Form Feed and Cut".
