It's all one object with a seam where the two separate objects join with each other. I'm no longer sure of what you are trying to do. nestly Posted October 21, 2014 Share Posted October 21, 2014 Back to the original question... Start the FILLET command, specify a radius, pick the "seam" then press twice. (You may have to wait between steps for AutoCAD to process the operation. If the FILLET is too large, it will probably fail because of the "flat" spot on the larger body. ReMark Posted October 21, 2014 Share Posted October 21, 2014 I think you used the wrong command (re: "smoothing") to begin with when, as nestly suggested, all you needed to do was use the FILLET command.
