The simple answer is to use the FILLET command and pay close attention to what AutoCAD is asking you on the command line. Your Help file should provide further information. The basic steps are....

  • Click Solid tabac.menuaro.gifSolid Editing panelac.menuaro.gifFillet Edge.
  • Select the edge of the solid to fillet.
  • Specify the fillet radius.
  • Select additional edges or press Enter.

If you wait long enough perhaps forum member nestly will make a video for you depicting the use of the command. Then everything should be as clear as a bell. Good luck with your solids editing.

...fillet the edge where two solids meet.....

In AutoCAD, FILLET does not work between two different Solid objects... you'd have to UNION them so it's one object first.
