I don't understand why you would want to put a time limit on a lisp routine unless you were offering a limited trial version of a routine you plan on selling. Is that it?

Put this at the beginning of your code, replacing date values (in the second line) to suit your needs

 

(setq c22 (fix (getvar "cdate")))
