Saved fine and now when I open it autocad acts like its opening it through a new tab up and then blows the drawing out before it fully opens with no error report. ReMark Posted November 18, 2014 Share Posted November 18, 2014 First I'd try to use the RECOVER command on the drawing. If that fails then find and rename the .BAK file (ex. - mydrawing.bak rename to mydrawing.dwg) then open it. Hopefully there will be enough of the drawing left to avoid having to do it all over again. Re: RECOVER. Start a new drawing. Invoke the command.
