I have never seen the format menu on the ribbon. Is it a tab, like Annotatie, Output or Manage?

Did you see Format in your office, or in another office? Perhaps they built one? Or it might be a Workspace from another Suite?

You can create a ribbon tab called Format, and then put on it any of the existing AutoCAD commands that you use a lot.

You can also add to that ribbon tab any custom commands you write to help with the specific formatting you do often.

To get started, go to CUI, expand the Ribbon item in top left hand list, right click on Tabs, and select New Tab.

well,

Points is in the draw ribbon. Why cant I change what type of point from there? That would be fine. I need the pixel point format. If steel is more than 3/8" our burn table only puts a tiny spot so people know where to drill. THat spot is only applied when the pixel point format is selected. Point style should be acessible somewhere besides knowing or not knowing the command.

Did you try resetting your Profile?

Did you try a REPAIR of the installation (not the same as an uninstall/reinstall)?

The POINT command can be found on the Draw toolbar. You can modify the toolbar and add other commands to it if you wish.
