Tjoeker
Hello, I'm in my first year of architecture, so I'm new to Autocad. When I print, my solid hatches (on 2 different layers) aren't printed. however, my ANSI 31 hatch (another layer) is printed correctly. In another document I have all the same settings and it prints perfectly. So I think all my settings are correct: -the layers are set printable in the layer properties manager -in the layout I have tested these settings: 2D wireframe, conceptual and legacy hidden, as displayed. (I believe it should be conceptual and legacy hidden?) Should I check other settings? Or is it just that my printer/laptop doesn't want to print this? Edit: forgot to mention that I googled a lot about it, but none of these solutions solved my problem...
SLW210
Does it appear fine in plot preview? Can you attach the .dwg file?
Tjoeker
I can't do a plot previeuw because the layout has an invalid hardcopy configuration? anyway, here is my dwg file. It was slightly to big, so I had to remove some parts. which is why the 4 viewports at the bottom are empty. As I am belgian, the text is in dutch. if I need to translate anything, just ask (But i don't think it's any problem) 1415_mm14_BrondeelSimon_PlooimodelPlan_CADTUTOR.dwg

Tjoeker
What exactly did you change? I put it on another layer, but the output didn't change...
SLW210
For the invalid hardcopy configuration, set up to plot, then select "Apply to Layout". Then see if you look correct in Plot Preview.
Tjoeker
Ok, I got the plot preview working. (thanks ) the solid hatches don't show up on the preview.
SLW210
You need to select the viewport boundaries then Right-Click>Shade Plot>Wireframe or As Displayed should work.

SLW210
Your welcome! Sorry I didn't get this last week, but for some reason I can't always open drawings/attachments. For now I blame our IT department, but your drawing worked this morning so I was able to take a look.
