Lsip for inserting blocks between intersection of two different layers

Sir,

I am an irrigation engineer, This will be used to count the no of fittings in lateral & main pipe network.

Their are two conditions

1.) 1", 1.5", 2", 3" pipe are in different layers poly lines-Lisp to insert blocks at intersection of two layers to find the no of reducers.

2.) Insert blocks based on angle of intersection to same layers or different layer poly lines 90 degree elbow (0-90 degree angle), 45 degree elbow for angles (90 to 180 degree) & T joints if intersection are 3 lines that's my maximum condition

You are asking for intersection of two "Objects" but on different known layers, no real problem various intersection methods you need to post a dwg or image explaining more.
