I have on occaisions wished to keep the subtracted solid when using the subtraction tool. For example if I was to draw a simple hub for a wheel with an axle running through the centre of it, I would draw the hub and then remove the centre portion by creating a cylinder and then subtracting it from the hub, I would then have to create more or less a similar cylinder for the axle. Is it possible to draw the hub and axle and then subtract but keep the axle?.
