byk3bep
I'm trying to create a block witch when moved over another element (lets say a hatch) obscures it. Not a problem with blocks composed with closed straight polylines. However... Not all blocks have straight edges. To simplify: How can i create block, a simple circle, witch obscures the hatch when moved over it?

To simplify: How can i create block, a simple circle, witch obscures the hatch when moved over it? i used to have a need to do that. my solution was to have a solid white hatch in the block under the original block geometry. draw order was a pain tho, kept reverting to the newer stuff (IE the white solid hatch) being over the other block geometry. I had to redraw a lot of blocks again, starting with the white hatch.
JamCAD
Or if you used a polygon with plenty of edges I doubt you would be able to tell the difference unless you zoom right in. I do this when I want a wipeout behind the section marker blocks. I've found that a polygon with about 30 edges is fine.
BIGAL
You can take a arc and make straight segments to use with wipeout like polygon solution. Uses a lisp
