Did you temporarily disable your anti-virus program? Did you temporarily disable the UAC? Is your version of Windows current with all updates? Contact AutoDesk and tell them you did a stupid thing and downloaded an illegal copy of AutoCAD but you have since had a change of heart and want to go legit and you are willing to purchase the program.
