hardcopy, but no dimension, how to rebuild that lines?

I have question, I have hardcopy paper, maybe 1:1 or 1:2 but that angle,width that anything no dimensions. I not understand how to draw correct dimension that. is it possible scan that paper, save to TIFF, and use CAD to open that TIFF file (background). and I try draw that line again. from that Image background. any idea please!

thanks, but my cad program not found that Import>Image that function. I am used that 3rd cad program. is it "Autodesk" special function? also if "Autodesk", which version is it support or need LT or 3D?

thanks, imageattach is my need command, i'm sorry I not clear my question. also, if future I want to delete that image. simple type "erase" completed. am i correct?

There is no guarantee the image will come in at 1:1 scale. You would have to scale it based upon some reference.

 

Once the image is scaled then draw over the top of it using normal lines, arc, polylines, etc.

 

What is the image of that you are attaching?

thanks, in this moment, no any image need redraw that lines. but If known how to perfect redraw that lines) that technology, is not bad. cad program very powerful, but, basic level, I know how to draw that lines,arc,maybe enough.
