DECHAL Posted February 23, 2015 Share Posted February 23, 2015 Hi All, I've got a Cabinet Vision DXF export. I now need to send it to my CNC machines. Problem is that all the holes on the part (dxf) are not circles they are a number of small lines that form a circle. My CNC uses the Radius of the circles to select the drill bit so I can't use these Cabinet Vision Files directly. What I need is a way to change all Poly Lines to a Circle. Is there a way to do this? DECHAL Posted February 24, 2015 Author Share Posted February 24, 2015 I had the same problem. It did open in the software that we do your cnc programming form. Also opened it in a package call progeCAD. AutoCAD (autodesk) have a problem opening it, don't know why. I'll see if I can back save it. BKT Posted February 24, 2015 Share Posted February 24, 2015 I opened the dxf in BricsCAD, then ran Lee Mac's LISP on the 61 "circles" and that worked for me.
