What should I look into to correct this message? You'd have to debug your code; without which it is impossible to speculate with accuracy as to the cause. If I were a betting man, I'd say you've either attempted to access a DBObject that no longer exists, or are inserting a drawing using single backslash (incorrectly) where double backslashes are needed (like LISP).
